I came across the book, Show Your Work by Austin Kleon. It was an inspiring read. The author encourages us to put our work out there for other people to see. By showing your work, you’ll gain friends, a following, and the potential to sell your work.
I think he makes some excellent points. I don’t believe that everyone will gain a following or the ability to sell their work, but you can learn a lot through the process of documenting your work and sharing it with others.
